As anyone who has watched the past seasons of The Rachel Zoe Project know, Rachel literally (definition Rachel’s not the real definition is an objective reality), lives and breathes for the awards shows. The first episode of season three was surprisingly free of any red carpet machinations, but ran into the Golden Globes face-first last night.
There were dresses! And the problems! And late components! It is now clear that the show would be no narrative at all, because I think everyone really watch to see Birkins Rachel and Brad ridiculous dresses and dancing around and trying on clothes. They could just do this for an hour every week and I still watch, as they will not have to worry about heavy-handedly trying to remind us that Rodger is football loving, beer-drinking, straight dudebro. None of us do not care – more Van Cleef, please.
Of course things started with a shopping trip to Fred Segal, but Rachel was not feeling shopportunistic as usual drama because of the upcoming Golden Globes. The Marc by Marc Jacobs Horseshoe Metal Evie Hobo is a great bag with the right amount of sparkle to it. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful skin. It’s so soft and greasy; It has to look good in your hand. It looked even closer I kept finding other things that made me say, “oooohhhh, aaahhhh”. I am a huge fan of exposed zippers and pockets with gold dove detail is continued in line with Petal Metal. Adding uniquely designed shoulder strap and a little more gold-tone hardware and you’re probably asking why this bag is still just to get better and better. I’m loving everything! Sometimes, it’s amazing what a little tweak will do for a bag. I’m a fan of Rebecca Minkoff Take Tote for some time, but when the studded version came out, I could not see the plain one in the same way again. It just seemed like something was missing, even if the nails were overpowering in some cases.
As it turns out, what was missing was a zipper. Behold: the Zip Minkoff Rebecca Devote Tote.
The initial tote looks a little bit blah after you see a riveting – there just is not enough visual interest. But not everyone wants nails, and you’re not what you want to transfer all the time. When the models hit the runway for Marc by Marc Jacobs spring 2010, I am pretty sure that every hipster in Brooklyn fainted from pure joy. Someone go check them and make sure we’re okay.
The most affordable, lower-cost line of Jacobs has always had a certain irreverent, downtown appeal, and this particular set of clothes crystallize meaning quite well indeed. It’s a mash-up of 80 colors and patterns in tribal prints and taste, and the result is a kicky, fun, and committed to launch a wave of (somewhat tempered) trends will find in a mall near you .
Looking at the pictures, I can not help but feel that the collection can only be described as joyful. It is a celebration of the enthusiasm of youth, the new trend to mix things together strangely random and kind of combinations you can get away with if you can call them experiments.

If you’re anything like me, you’re kind of wondering what the deal is with oversized zip pocket appears to be flapping in the breeze. I understand that the idea behind this is to give a little flare and something different, but it seems a bit out of place. I imagine that if I saw what I was walking down the street I would immediately stop carrying the woman and say, “OH, you must be careful, something may fall out of the pocket.” Take it for decoration, but again it is strange to me.
However, if you keep that zip pocket, I think this bag is really really awesome. I love the purple color of vintage washed skin. The adjustable strap crossbody clearly can be used as onesided strap and this is the way I wear it. It’s just a really cute bag. Plus, I love purple in autumn. There is a fall color that will necessarily expect, but it is a great way to add a different kind of rich color to your look. Buy through Bloomingdale for $ 255.

I’m so over the whole voltage hippie. It is a subculture that I would have stayed before, and I do not think has much to add to the fashion conversation today. Most of the pieces contain hippie does not seem high-end for me, they just seem derivative and stale.
Unfortunately, “derivative” is the most likely word I can think of to describe the Twelth St. by Cynthia Vincent Outlaw clutch. If the Native Americans would like to reclaim the visual elements of their culture by fashionistas and hipsters, we really appreciate it.
